The Foshan Wewin Technology Co. originally used to be a computer company, we sold computer hardware and software, integrated applications in enterprise management (MIS, MRPII). we began to enter the fingerprint application field in about late 1995, firstly we used the Australia company BRS's (Bio Recognition System, later the Fingerscan) product, the FINGERSCAN, to integrate into physical access control and time & attendance applications, then, we developed the fingerprint secured safe deposit box system for banks and other financial institutions, the system include fingerprint verification device, safe deposit box business processing management software, control signal coding and decoding devices, and electric lock, this application remain the important business of our company, we have completed such installations totally cost over 5,000,000RMB (588,000USD) in past two years.

In the past years, we have tried several fingerprint devices in our integration, such as the Identix's TouchSafe II, Aetex's (a Taiwan producer) VF300, and DPI's U.are.U and U.are.U 2000. Since 1999, we have designed and produced the FVS-3000 series products of our own and used them in our applications.

We have about 12 developers, technicians, and salesmen, and have 10 sales agencies and market partners up to now over the country.

We are planning to cooperate with some foreign producers to design and produce a new generation sensor and devices based on optical and CMOS technology in the near future.
